[Tennessee] Cranking in cold water
« on: December 14, 2017, 04:35:30 PM »
Had another day of no work, so back to Cherokee today. Had a decent day throwing the red crankbaits. Saw water as low as 42.8*. It takes a lot of effort to make oneself crank as slow as needed to get bit, but when you did, they really loaded up on the rod.

Congrats on a good day.  I guess I have turned into a sissy.  I passed on tomorrow 20s to 40s 15mph wind.  I'm waiting for warmer days next week.
If you're too busy to go fishin' you're too busy.

I hear ya Fred I saw where y'all had good ice for ice fishing now. One of my friends that lives around Thunder Bay was posting some pictures from his Ice Shanty and holding a nice 23"  Walleye.
