I am no longer the kind of person that likes to toot their own horn, but I have had more folks that own Lowrance electronics have me setup their sonars, etc., in the past month.
I just love the simplicity of Lowrance's menus and the ability to set them up to have the anglers be able to understand what they are reading on the screen.
The co-worker that had me re-setup his electronics is also wanting me to show him how to set up the unit on the front of his boat so that he can drop-shot on our local Carter's lake. That is going to be some fun for him......maybe he will take me fishing. ;)

When I used to drop shot, I set upper and lower limits to get a better pic of the targeted depth. Do you do that kind of stuff in your setup?

I don't have a boat and I haven't set up anyone's rig yet to fully maximize the ability to use their electronics for drop-shotting..........yet.
It is something that I would have to tinker with while I am on the water to find out what the exact parameters are needed to get the best view of what is going on below. :thumbs-up-02:

I like to set my ping speed max for drop shotting. Man one of my best memories drop shotting was on Carter's on thanksgiving week!
