Good Morning All  I went to the Doctor yesterday and he did bloodwork, urine, and a fingerwave.  Found blood in my stool.  He checked my heart and discovered that I have a slight heart mummer.  He is going to recommend a colon check also.  My BP was 118 over 58 not bad for an old man.  Going to go turkey hunting this morning.  It's also my sixth wedding anniversary so I will have to hit the flower shop on my way home.  I have to stay active and keep on fishing and hunting.  Y'all be safe and GOD BLESS and tight lines.  Good Luck on your Tx on sunday Ski.
Put a rod in my hand and a boat under my feet and watch me catch bass.

Afternoon folks. Joe, hope you get to feeling better soon. Watching the live weigh in for FLW on my home lake of Cherokee. They are launching and doing weigh in at the dam, which is about 30 miles from me as the crow flies, but an hour and a half drive lol. May go fish a tournament on South Holston Saturday. All depends on if I can get up at 3am. Tight lines.

Good Morning, Iamski, Joe, justfishin10 and fish 365, 40* here. I had my cervical spine fused on Tuesday. They sent me home Wednesday afternoon.

Joe, How did you do on your turkey hunt? Did you have a good anniversary? Hope all your tests come back ok. It is important for people to stay active. How is your wife doing?

Iamski, How is your wife doing? Good luck on your tournament on Sunday.

I hope everyone has a great day and tight lines to those on the water.
Take a kid fishing so they get outdoors.

Afternoon folks. Was too tired to get up this morning to drive to South Holston, but made it to the lake for six hours of fishing with a friend. Caught over twenty fish and most of them the last two hours. Caught five out of one tree on a spinnerbait. Ended up with 6-7 keepers. Nothing huge but just a beautiful day on the water. Overcast with a light breeze. Dogwoods are blooming here. Tight lines all.

Good Morning Ski, Bassmedic46, Jigfishin10 and Fish365.  I hope you are all doing fine and able to get out on the water.  I made it over to the lake Friday morning and caught and released 10 nice bass.  Went  home and was picked up by my buddy Steve  and went to Roanoke, Al for a turkey hunt.  No turkeys to be heard or seen, packed up and was back home by noon.  Think I'll stick to fishing.  The trip to Guntersville was OK but, we maintained our place in the standings at 7Th.  I checked the charts and maps figured I drove 83 miles in the boat and burned up 31 gallons of gas.  I hope my Doctor's report comes back this week with a good report.  In the mean time y'all take it easy be safe and GOD BLESS and tight lines to all.  The wife is doing somewhat better, still has her bad days.

Well had my first tournament of the year and got skunked. Four of us had the big goose egg. Have to see how next Saturday goes.

Afternoon. Rain let up here. Nice cool breeze now with high winds tomorrow. Have to bring boat in to shop. Water pump not working or it's clogged. She fired right up at yesterday's tournament, but water wasn't spitting out of motor and no alarm. I shut it down and used trolling motor all day.
Hope all have a great day and do be safe.

Afternoon folks. Had a bad storm roll through yesterday afternoon. Spent this afternoon sawing up what trees fell.
Ski, sorry to hear about the boat trouble and the skunk. What are your water temps there? Have a fishing trip planned with the daughter tomorrow afternoon. My better half is going to watch the grandson while we go. Tight lines.

Afternoon Joe, Bassmedic, Jigfishin and Fish. The water temps were 54. The day before was opening day for trout fishing and it must of been hammered. We'll see this Saturday I guess. Hope all have a great day and do be safe.

Good Morning Ski, Bassmedic46 jigfishin10 and fish365.  Made it out yesterday to west point with my partner Carl.  We were having a good time.  Carl got the biggest bass for the day a 3.19 and I got the biggest fish catfish that is. 7 pounds plus on a sinko.  When it hit I just set the hook and was hanging on as it was pulling drag and gave me quite a fight.  I thought I had a 10 plus bass on the line the way it was pulling.  In all we fishind several of my spots and we landed around 30 bass.  Mostly spotted bass.  the water temp was in the mid to high 70's.  Ski hope you got the motor fixed.  Looks like we are in for some more bad weather here starting tonight and Friday.  Y'all be safe and good luck fishing.  GOD BLESS and Tight Lines.
